KingPrize Terms and Conditions
Before participating in any promotion at KingPrize, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By creating an account or accessing the KingPrize platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these sweepstakes rules and all applicable policies. These Terms govern your use of the KingPrize sweepstakes platform and all associated promotions.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in KingPrize sweepstakes promotions is open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. In certain states, the minimum age of eligibility may be 19 or 21 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of KingPrize and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes promotions.
Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. KingPrize reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria. Eligibility is subject to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2. Account Registration
To participate in sweepstakes promotions, you must register a single account on the KingPrize platform. Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of any accumulated coins.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify KingPrize immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. KingPrize will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
Account information, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details, must be accurate and kept up to date. KingPrize reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any Sweeps Coins redemption request.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
KingPrize operates as a sweepstakes promotion platform. All games and activities offered on KingPrize are sweepstakes promotions governed by applicable sweepstakes law. KingPrize is not a gambling operator and does not offer real money gambling services. Participation in the KingPrize sweepstakes promotion does not constitute gambling under applicable law.
No purchase necessary to play or win. Sweeps Coins, which may be redeemed for prizes, can be obtained through the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, without any purchase or payment of any kind. The sweepstakes rules described herein apply equally to all participants regardless of whether they have made any purchase.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. All promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. KingPrize reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any sweepstakes promotion at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
Winners are selected through a random selection process. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the specific promotion. KingPrize will make available a complete set of official sweepstakes rules upon request.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins are a virtual currency used solely for entertainment purposes on the KingPrize platform. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes, cash, or any other item of value. Gold Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside of the KingPrize platform.
Gold Coins may be acquired through promotional offers, daily log-in bonuses, or by purchasing coin packages as described in Section 8. Any Gold Coins that are acquired through a purchase do not confer any additional rights or advantages with respect to sweepstakes promotions beyond those available through the Alternative Method of Entry.
KingPrize reserves the right to adjust, expire, or remove Gold Coins from accounts in circumstances including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or account closure. Gold Coins hold no monetary value and no compensation will be provided upon account termination or coin expiration.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins (SC) are the promotional currency used to participate in sweepstakes promotions on the KingPrize platform. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes, including cash equivalents, upon meeting the applicable redemption requirements. Sweeps Coins may be obtained through qualifying coin package acquisitions, the Alternative Method of Entry, or through promotional distributions.
A minimum balance of 100 Sweeps Coins is required before a redemption request may be submitted. Redemption requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance review. KingPrize reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and eligibility before processing any redemption.
Approved redemptions will be fulfilled via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift cards, at the sole discretion of KingPrize based on the methods available in your jurisdiction. Processing times may vary. Sweeps Coins used in a redemption request will be deducted from your account upon submission and are non-refundable if the redemption is approved and fulfilled. Fraudulent redemption requests will result in permanent account disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase necessary to play or win. Participants may obtain Sweeps Coins at no cost through the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To request Sweeps Coins via the AMOE, eligible participants must send a handwritten, self-addressed stamped envelope to the KingPrize mailing address listed in the official sweepstakes rules.
Each valid AMOE request will receive a standard allocation of Sweeps Coins as specified in the current official sweepstakes rules. Only one AMOE request per person, per calendar week, will be accepted. Requests that do not comply with the AMOE requirements set out in the official sweepstakes rules will not be processed.
The AMOE exists to ensure that all participants have an equal opportunity to participate in KingPrize sweepstakes promotions in accordance with applicable sweepstakes law. KingPrize is committed to maintaining a fair and accessible sweepstakes program consistent with these sweepstakes rules.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. KingPrize sweepstakes promotions are not available in all jurisdictions. Residents of certain states, territories, and countries are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes promotions or to redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes. It is your responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or participating.
Residents of the Province of Quebec, Canada are not eligible to participate in any KingPrize sweepstakes promotion. KingPrize reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited by applicable law.

8. Coin Packages and Purchases
KingPrize offers optional coin packages that participants may purchase to acquire Gold Coins and receive bonus Sweeps Coins. The purchase of a coin package is entirely optional and is never required to participate in any sweepstakes promotion. All coin package purchases are made in United States dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
When you acquire a coin package, you receive Gold Coins for entertainment use and a promotional allocation of Sweeps Coins. The specific quantities of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins associated with each package are displayed on the KingPrize platform at the time of the transaction. All coin package transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law.
KingPrize uses secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. KingPrize does not store your full payment card details. By completing a coin package purchase, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the purchase complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Promotions and Bonus Terms
From time to time, KingPrize may offer promotional bonuses, limited-time coin allocations, or special sweepstakes events. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a promotion’s specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for the duration of that promotion.
Promotional Sweeps Coins may carry specific usage requirements or expiration periods. Any Sweeps Coins received through a promotional offer that are not used within the specified promotional period may expire and be removed from your account without notice. KingPrize reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
Participants are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to each promotion before participating. KingPrize will not be liable for any loss resulting from a participant’s failure to review applicable promotion terms prior to participation.
10. Fair Play and Game Rules
KingPrize is committed to providing a fair and transparent sweepstakes experience for all participants. All games and activities on the KingPrize platform use certified random number generation technology to ensure that outcomes are fair and impartial. KingPrize regularly audits its platform to confirm the integrity of its sweepstakes operations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KingPrize platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent disqualification:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the platform
- Collusion, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate sweepstakes outcomes
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Any conduct that violates applicable law or the rights of other participants
KingPrize reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including disqualification, forfeiture of coins, and referral to law enforcement. All decisions made by KingPrize regarding fair play and rule enforcement are final and binding. By participating in any KingPrize sweepstakes promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable sweepstakes rules in their entirety.
